7 startups make it to Airbus' accelerator

Airbus BizLab in Bengaluru has shortlisted seven startups as part of the second edition of its accelerator programme. These startups have been selected out of 137 applicants from nine countries.

Five of the seven selected are from Bengaluru. The startups include Earth2Orbit, a geo-intelligence data products startup, eFlight, which offers services that allow a business aircraft pilot to easily plan, log and fly, Neewee, an industrial analytics firm focused on internet of things and procurement analytics, Stelae Technologies, which is into artificial intelligence, and SYmbosim, which uses state-of-the-art math, science, cloud computing and engineer-friendly interfaces for design of composite materials and structures.

The 6-month programme offers access to a large number of Airbus coaches, technical and business experts and mentors in various domains, free hosting, and a demo day with Airbus decision makers, venture capitalists, Airbus customers and partners.

It offers wide-ranging support to selected early-stage projects in the form of a 6-month acceleration programme. The companies have access to a number of Airbus coaches, technical and business experts and mentors in various domains, free hosting, and a Demo Day with Airbus decision makers, venture capitalists, Airbus customers, and partners.
