Mihir Shah

Mihir Shah the co-founder of YesssWorks Spaces ventured into co-working spaces to change the narrative about working space, including the interior and technology to make it more professional.

After a brief stint as Financial modelling and analysis till April 2014, he initiated 3 other businesses as co-founder for XSTOK, director at Ubuntu Montessori within a span of 3 years.

He started his professional career from New York, USA, where he was a Management consultant at an eminent firm named Marakon Associate till September 2006. Later, he joined Bank of America Merrill Lynch as the Director, TMT Investment Banking, gained experience across various technology sectors. Led a number of M&A and capital raising transactions. Strong US, Europe and cross-border transaction execution experience.

Mihir is an all-rounder with education from various backgrounds. He holds a degree in B.E. Electronics from University of Mumbai (1993-1997). In 1997 he moved to The University of Texas at Austin and completed M.S. Computer Engineering till 1999 and joined Intel Corporation, California, USA as Senior Design Engineer till 2003. But, his ambition of being an entrepreneur took him to Pennsylvania, where he pursued his MBA in Finance from The Wharton School till 2005.
